Leader Profiles

Hi I’m Sue Crawford and I’m in 2nd year Biomedicine. Fun fact, I am a twin but don’t stress we’re dizygous (non-identical but I couldn’t resist using the biomed term! ) so you won’t be getting us mixed up . I love sport; I play tennis, netball and enjoy most sports (though I’m less successful at those with foot-eye coordination). I also teach Sunday with some awesome kids. Being part of CU has been fantastic and I have been really blessed to be part of God’s work in both.
‘Sup to you reading this. My name is Matt and I’m a second year biomed student who loves Jesus. I am and will always be eternally grateful for the sacrifice he made. I am fromTraralgon and did my high schooling there (if you are unsure where that is, look it up on a map or ask me), however before that I grew up in a magical town called Rotorua (get out the map again or come find me) which truly showcases some of the wonders of God’s creation. I am a big sports fan, despite a lack of ability in many of them. My favourite is football, the round ball variety, and I am an avid Liverpool supporter. After football rugby union comes a close second in my love of sports. Despite having never played it, when you see me you will understand, I thoroughly enjoy the blend of skill and strength that rugby displays. I especially enjoy watching any All Blacks game (that’s a clue to where Rotorua is). I also like playing my guitar in my spare time as I find it relaxing and it also gives me a chance to worship my Lord and saviour. So now you know a bit about me I’d love to find learn more about you.
